I have been a Massage Therapist for over 12 years. I first decided that the field of Massage Therapy was for me when I learned first hand how it can benefit some one surviving injury from a car accident.
I began learning as an Apprentice at The Touch of Health Center in Chewelah Washington. Soft Tissue Release and Olympic Sports Therapy are my main areas of focus. Sports Massage helped me recover from Neck, Knee, Upper Back, Mid Back , and Low Back pain that seemed to cripple me from day to day.
I received Accupressure Training at the Accupressure Institute of Alaska in Juneau, and opened my own Massage and Day Spa in 1999. I expanded my Massage training in Palm Springs California at the "Desert Resort School of Soma Therapy" where I began turning my focus more towards Spa techniques such as Facial Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy.
